Little did I know that a friend’s offhand comment, meant in jest, was the first clue to my own calling. I have always been energized by helping others determine what they really want to do with their lives, whether they’re friends or colleagues. After spending years trying to figure out what I really want to do with my life, I realized my passion is to help others determine their career path and grow as leaders. After a career in government and consulting, I launched Hogan Coaching and Consulting (HCC) to bring this passion to life.

Jenn Hogan, Founder and Leadership Coach

As a graduate from the Leadership Coaching Program at Georgetown University and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation, I bring experience in leadership development, coaching and mentoring, and leading teams. My work experience includes six years at Deloitte where I managed leadership development programs for Deloitte partners and clients. I have also facilitated trainings and workshops for federal clients in Washington, DC and in countries around the world. Before joining Deloitte, I spent five years working for the NYC Department of Education as Chief of Staff for the Office of School and Youth Development. I also served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Ukraine early in my career. I hold master’s degrees in Public Administration from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government and Applied Positive Psychology from University of Pennsylvania. I earned my undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia.
